Hi, I’m Kathryn Wheatman. My journey with ADHD is deeply personal. I received my own diagnosis at 38, and it transformed the way I understood myself, my past, and my future.
What began as a diagnosis became a turning point that brought clarity, self-acceptance, and a strong desire to support others navigating similar experiences.
After training as an ADHD coach and therapist, I became increasingly aware of how often the diagnostic process feels rushed or isolating. I wanted to create a service where people feel genuinely listened to and supported throughout their journey.
Unmasking Minds ADHD Clinic was founded to offer thoughtful, compassionate, and structured care. This is not about ticking boxes or producing reports, it’s about meaningful support before, during, and after assessment.
Beyond assessments, my goal is to build a community where individuals with ADHD and their families feel supported, informed, and empowered.
Through coaching, resources, and shared learning, I want this clinic to be a place where people feel seen, understood, and confident moving forward.
